Using this Diet and Exercise Journal conveniently combines the benefits of keeping a diet journal to track food intake, and a fitness journal.
Each day has a two page spread. The diet journal is on the left side, and the workout journal details are on the right side.
The diet journal allows for both long form details of food intake, as well as a quick check box method to keep track of water and food intake by category. The shaded boxes indicate the typical minimum standard suggested for most adults, according to the national food plan.
The workout journal side allow you to track exercise classes as well as different exercises by type: Cardio Exercises, Flexibility Exercises, Strength Exercises and Core Exercises.

When you order 50 or more journals, you also have the option of adding your logo to the cover, or even providing us with your own custom cover. As soon as you request more than 50 log books on the order form below, the option to choose the degree of customization will appear. There is a one-time setup fee applicable.
